You are a rookie surgeon Ophelia Payne that must operate her way to success and save people and animal lives with the most inappropriate tools at her disposal! Amateur Surgeon 3 has a strong point, that is it has a story to somewhat give a background to what you are doing and who you are currently operating. It is not a random surgery game and that is a plus in my book. The graphics are exactly what you would expect from a game like this, simple and do the job well. There is a specific process you must follow in order to cure wounds, staple, burn, pour ooze and occasionally remove objects. The game does not get boring though as you also use the chainsaw occasionally operating on different patients and various organs.

Summing up, this is a great game to kill time (or people) while achieving your life long desire to operate on patients. The long waiting for recharging blood bags that are necessary to replay levels is frustrating but tolerable. If you do not like blood and waiting this may not be the game for you. Blending humour with unreal operations Amateur Surgeon is an enjoyable game definitely worth checking out!
