Top 10 ANDROID Apps 2013 ( from Google+ communities)

So I asked different Google+ communities about the top 10 Apps for Android they think are the best ( if you need the link to the app click/touch on the App name). So based on the votes and my general opinion and testing this is the list I ended up with:

1. Dashclock Widget

DashClock is a replacement lock screen clock widget for Android 4.2+. It also exposes additional status items called extensions. The widget comes bundled with extensions that give you instant access to:

• Your current local weather
• Missed calls and unread text messages
• Your next calendar appointment
• Unread Gmail inbox or priority inbox conversations
• Your next scheduled alarm

2. Swiftkey 3

SwiftKey replaces the touchscreen keyboard on your phone with one that understands how words work together, giving the world’s most accurate autocorrect - and predicting your next word before you press a key.
The keyboard learns as you use it to make corrections and predictions based on the way that you write. It can even learn from your Gmail, Facebook, Twitter or blog to make its insights even more personalized. You can also enable up to three languages simultaneously, for true multi-lingual typing.

3. Pocket Read it Later

When you find something on the web that you want to view later, put it in Pocket. It automatically syncs to your phone, tablet or computer so you can view it any time, even without an internet connection. Use Pocket when you discover an interesting article, video or web page, but don’t have time to view it. Once it's in Pocket, it's on your phone, tablet or computer. You can read an article during a flight, see a web page while you wait in line or watch a video while relaxing at home.

4. App Manager

Are you running out of application storage? Do you hate having to check each and every app if it supports moving to the SD card? Do you want an app that automatically does this for you and can notify you when an app can be moved? This component streamlines the movement of apps to on your device's external or internal storage through your device's Settings. With this, you'll have more control over your ever expanding collection of apps. This is crucial to anyone who has memory management issues. You don't care for all the apps your carrier adds to Android? Well, now you can get rid of them! This component enables you to hide system (built-in) apps from the app drawer.

5. Nova Launcher

Highly Customisable home screen replacement for Android 4.0+. Your imagination and creativity is the limit for this App. You can change anything from colour, app icons transparency and much more!

6. Minecraft

Minecraft is about placing blocks to build things and going on adventures!
Pocket Edition includes randomly generated worlds, multiplayer over a local Wi-Fi network, and Survival and Creative modes. You can craft and create with your friends anywhere in the world so long as you have hands spare and battery to burn.

7. Google Reader

Follow your favorite sites, blogs, and more, all in one place. The Google Reader app syncs across all your devices, so your reading lists are always up to date. Great for keeping your reading organised and in one place.

8. MX Player

A great video player that doesn't Lag and is very user friendly. It also supports multi core decoding that enables multi core usage that can boost the performance up to 70%.

9. Carbon

Carbon is the missing app sync and backup solution for Android.
Carbon does NOT require root. All Android users can use Carbon to backup and sync Android applications.
Carbon lets you backup your apps and data to your SD card or cloud storage. With Carbon, you can sync app data from your other Android devices-- even if they are not on the same network. Set up backup schedules with Carbon, and never lose data again.

10. Zooper
