The highest Resolution Tablet to Date

After the success of the Nexus 7 it was only a matter of time before Google came up with the Nexus 10, their attempt to the larger form factor market and to ultimately compete with the Ipad. Today there is a trend to compare everything with the Ipad and that itself is wrong in my opinion. Everything has its use and certain types of people and a specific audience to appeal to. The Nexus 10 is running Android, and being a Nexus device, it gets the software updates as soon as they come out. That alone and the relatively low price are a huge plus.

Aesthetically it is appealing, many would argue it looks better than Samsung's own tablets, it is made out of plastic (which makes it lighter, and lowers the cost). It by no means looks or feels less premium or cheap. The speakers face the user and are placed on the front of the device, which offers a better sound experience. A drawback though is the lack of cellular connectivity (3G or 4G).

Google also recently announced the official cover for the Nexus 10 (a little late though). It is available on Google Play for £24.99.

A solid investment, the Nexus 10 is one of the best tablets out there. It has an unrivalled display as far as pixel density goes and a price that is hard to look away from. If you like Android and the plethora of choices and modifications it offers this is for you. The Nexus 10 is an affordable, well made, and great specs tablet that gives you the pure Android experience.
