The Adventures of Small Fry
Hey guys! Today we will check out Small Fry, available on Android and iOS (Noodlecake Studios, No Monkeys). This side scrolling/ running game is simply one of the most addictive and difficult at the same time. You are a small fish that must outrun the deadly shark Wallace "Big Mack" Mackenzie in order to survive. Swim, jump, fly and avoid obstacles in order to survive for as long as you can.

The gameplay is as simple as it gets, one touch controls, when you touch the screen your fish dives in the water and when you don't touch the screen you accelerate upwards jumping out of the water. The interesting part of the game is the transition between water, sky and space. Once you jump out of the water try to hit floating bubbles that will lift you up all the way to space, where you must avoid asteroids or else fall back into the sea. The transitions are made smoothly and the gameplay is smooth as well.

As you probably know, I am a huge fan of simple games that are interesting and can keep me busy. This is one of those games which puts a smile on your face each time you play it. However, beyond the simplicity of the game the challenges will keep you busy and reward you with clams that you can use to buy outfits and Power-ups. The use of super powers would be a nice addition to the game, possibly to eliminate fish or obstacles. This game has already earned a place in your collection! Go ahead and download it!
