The LG Google Nexus 5: What is coming

The LG Google Nexus 5

The much anticipated LG made Google phone keeps leaking and it get more and more interesting with each leak. The pure android experience now named Kitkat, instead of Key Lime Pie, will come with this phone which will be the flagship of Google for this year.

Nexus friends are drooling and waiting for the phone to be officially announced together with the new Nexus 10 sometime this month, possibly near the end of the month. Here is what is out until now, a 4.95" 1080p IPS TFT display, 16 or 32 GB internal storage, 2GB of RAM, Snapdragon 800 clocked at 2.3GHz, 8MP OIS rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, 2300mAh battery, NFC and Wireless Charging.

Finally the Nexus 5 will support LTE, bluetooth 3.0 or 4.0 and wireless charging. Essentially the Nexus 5 is a significant upgrade from the Nexus 4 as it addresses most of its predecessors problems. So we get a larger Full HD screen, higher storage capacities, faster processor, larger battery and possibly an even larger battery with the higher internal storage model.

Bottom line is we have to wait until the Nexus 5 is announced to draw conclusions and compare it to other leading market smartphones. Personally I cannot wait to see how it performs live beyond the paper specs!

Are you guys excited for the new Nexus 5?
